Service terms

• Session notes in SOAP format, sequential and closed immutably; corrections are made by addendum, never by deleting.
• The clinical record is encrypted with a key of its own per patient, and every access or change is written to an audit log.
• Informed consent is a precondition: without it, the system will not let you open a record or log a session.
• Scheduling with overlap control and reminders; non-clinical roles do not see clinical data.
• Designed on Ley 1581 de 2012, Resolución 1995 de 1999, Ley 1090 de 2006 and Ley 1616 de 2013.
• A dedicated instance per practice, with its own database.
