Public procurement monitoring

In partnership with a strategic partner, Excribe designed the engineering of a platform to monitor Colombian government procurement, meant to be offered by subscription to suppliers of the State. It covers a company profile, an AI-assisted eligibility engine, opportunity management, automatic summarising of tender documents and an analysis dashboard.
The design rests on a FastAPI backend, a Svelte frontend, PostgreSQL and Redis, analysis with local language models, integration with the SECOP open data APIs and a local payment gateway. It is engineering work for a partner, not a product of Excribe’s own: the partner brings the domain knowledge; Excribe, the technical build.
